This former childhood star started life in a western suburban swamp. Her childhood was filled with thrills and spills and from a young age she dipped her fingers in many pies, learning the piano and acting in over 24 commercials and many ABC series. She attended the Johnny Young Talent Time School for a short time but they couldn't handle her raw talent.

At the tender age of 12, Animelly picked up her first pair of drumsticks and from that moment a relationship evolved that would be history in the making after completing high school.

Her creative talents drew her to a performing arts degree at BAPA and after three years of studying and a year stint in the 'theatre education' industry... she decided to pursue her love for music, go figure. This would lead to the discovery that she actually is a human version of Animal, the muppet on drums and therefore became Animelly.

Through friends and work she was reintroduced to an old uni friend, Rocco Emilio and found him to be a true inspiration and influence. A creative connection was born and Animelly was declared the third instalment to The Minority.
