Rocco was raised in a god awful country hick town of Australia where he endured red necks and slappers alike for far too long. First chance he got he was out of there and moved straight to London to pursue bigger and brighter things. Six years of travelling, partying, drug taking, working like a dog and a succession of various disasters took it’s toll on Rocco’s health and sanity, bringing him back to calmer Melbourne shores where he has now been based since 2003.

Rocco had learned to sing at drama school as a young adult and was forced into piano lessons as a child, and although obsessed by music from an early age, he’d never taken seriously the thought of performing in a band. However, a chance discussion at a bbq one summer’s afternoon of 2004 with Bruno about the desire to play music immediately evolved into the formation of what later became The Minority.
